The Asmuss Office and Warehouse is the first building in the country to achieve a 5 Green Star design rating under the New Zealand Green Building Council’s (NZGBC) v1.1 guidelines. Achieving this rating reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability and highlights the innovative design and construction practices employed throughout the project.
